This on-call cadre position develops accurate, defensible cost estimates for infrastructure restoration, emergency work, and permanent work projects, with assignments that can be remote, field-based, or hybrid depending on client needs.
Responsibilities include evaluating damaged infrastructure, developing and validating project scopes, preparing cost estimates, and supporting funding
