Industrial Engineer - Operations & Efficiency

Our client seeks a motivated Industrial Engineer to join their operations team in Tembisa. This hybrid role is crucial for analyzing, designing, and improving integrated systems of people, materials, information, equipment, and energy. You will play a key role in optimizing production processes, enhancing workplace efficiency, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. • Collaborate with production staff and management to implement process improvements and provide training.
• Analyze production data to track key performance indicators and identify trends.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of experience in an industrial engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software and process mapping tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration between on-site and remote teams.
