Remote Metallurgist - Processing Optimization

• Analyze metallurgical data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.

• Provide technical support and expertise to plant operations teams globally.
• Stay abreast of new metallurgical technologies and evaluate their applicability to enhance plant performance.

• Master's degree or PhD in Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in mineral processing operations and optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical analysis and process simulation software.
• Proven track record of improving recovery rates and reducing operating costs in flotation, leaching, or other mineral processing circuits.
