Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions, including PLC programming, HMI development, and robotic system integration.
- Troubleshoot and maintain existing automation systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including schematics, programming code, and operational manuals.
- Stay abreast of emerging automation technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.
- Conduct risk assessments for new automation projects and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial automation, including PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Rockwell) and HMI development.
- Proficiency with robotics, SCADA systems, and machine vision technology.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
