- Design and develop efficient thermal management solutions for electronic and mechanical systems.
- Conduct advanced thermal analysis using computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and finite element analysis (FEA) tools.
- Create detailed thermal models, predict performance, and propose design improvements to meet stringent requirements.
- Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and system engineers to integrate thermal solutions effectively.
- Develop and execute test plans to validate thermal performance in laboratory settings.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers on thermal engineering topics.
- Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering or a related field with a specialization in thermal sciences.
- 10+ years of professional experience in thermal engineering and heat transfer analysis .
- Expertise in CFD software (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, Star-CCM+) and thermal modeling tools.
- Proven ability to manage complex thermal projects independently in a remote work environment.
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer mechanisms.
