Actalent is seeking a ROC Operator to monitor and control remote energy storage sites from a centralized Remote Operations Center in Durham, NC. You will respond to alarms, coordinate with field teams, and support customers while upholding safety and reliability of utility-scale energy storage systems.
You will work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays, with a strong emphasis on ownership, clear communication, and data-driven troubleshooting using SCADA and CMMS tools.
