• Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and concept generation to detailed design and validation.
• Utilize advanced CAD and simulation tools to design, analyze, and optimize product performance.
• Oversee prototyping activities and conduct rigorous testing to ensure product reliability and functionality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure successful product launches.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for product development initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the remote team.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in product development and engineering design.
• Proven expertise in CAD/CAE software and product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products to market.
• Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to excel in a fully remote, collaborative work environment.
