Manpower Group is seeking a DFT Lead / Hardware Design Engineer in Carlsbad, CA or Allentown, PA with US remote option. You will drive hardware DFT from pre-silicon to production, implementing scan, MBIST, BISR, and boundary scan while coordinating with RTL teams and test strategies across silicon life cycles.
The ideal candidate brings 8–10 years of experience, JTAG/BIST expertise, ATPG tools, and hands-on post-silicon debug to release designs to manufacturing.
