* Support pre-construction environmental due diligence, including desktop reviews, field assessments, and environmental constraints mapping.
* Track, analyze, and report environmental performance metrics, incidents, and corrective actions to project and Major Projects Group leadership.
* Deliver environmental training and guidance to project teams, craft supervision, and subcontractors on applicable requirements and best practices.
* Lead or support root cause analysis and lessons-learned reviews following environmental incidents or near-misses.
* Maintain current knowledge of applicable environmental regulations, including the Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), Clean Air Act (CAA), NEPA, and RCRA.
