Project Manager - Agricultural Technology

About the Role  Our client is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead initiatives in agricultural technology in the Kimberley area. Key Responsibilities   Manage the full lifecycle of agricultural technology projects from conception to deployment and evaluation.
Develop project plans, including scope, timelines, resource needs, and budgets, tailored for agricultural applications.
Coordinate with R&D, engineering, and field teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies on farms.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, farmers, and stakeholders.
Identify and manage project risks, ensuring timely delivery of solutions that meet agricultural needs.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management and project stakeholders.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on or strong interest in agricultural technology.
Understanding of agricultural practices and challenges is highly desirable.

Experience with project management software and methodologies.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups, including farmers and technical specialists.
