- Conduct statistical analysis to evaluate process variations and recommend strategies for improvement.
- Collaborate with on-site engineering teams to provide remote technical support and insights for process troubleshooting.
- Research and propose new technologies or methodologies to enhance process performance and sustainability.
- Document findings, recommendations, and process changes clearly and concisely.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
- 3+ years of experience in chemical process analysis, optimization, or plant support.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Excel, Python with Pandas, R) and statistical methods.
- Experience with process simulation software is a plus.
- Excellent remote communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently.
