Product Lead

Our Product team is at the heart of that mission. We find the most valuable problems to solve, ship quality solutions, and measure the impact along the way. As we grow, we're bringing in a Product Lead to own a significant product area and help raise the standard of product across the team. You'll have real ownership, a team that collaborates well, and the freedom to make decisions, not just ship someone else's roadmap.

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for your product area, with autonomy from day one to deliver commercial success.
• Line-manage and develop Product Managers in the team: 1:1s, coaching, and helping people grow.
• Set the standard for discovery, prioritisation, and stakeholder communication across the product function.

• Have owned an (ideally B2B) software product end to end, and are able to evidence measurable outcomes (revenue, retention, adoption or conversion).
• Experience managing and mentoring other PMs. You know what good looks like and you help others get there.
• Confidence working without a lot of direction. You can set your own course and bring people with you.
• Are customer obsessed, love spending time with customers and have run discovery directly with them, working alongside a product designer or UX researcher.
• Strong communication skills - you can explain what you built, why you built it, and what it achieved.
• A drive to improve not just your product area, but how the whole team operates.

• You want a real domain to own, not a feature set.
• You want to keep building product while growing people.
• You like a blank page. It is a new role, so you define what the Product Lead role looks like here and set the standard for discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder communication.
• You work better without close direction. You will have autonomy from day one and are expected to set your own course.
• You have already made AI part of how you work - or are experimenting with it in your personal life. Day-to-day and strategically, AI usage at Street Group is an expectation.

• You are used to working within strict guidelines and are not used to autonomy.
• You want to be solely hands on or off, as this roles requires both at various points.
• You have not managed, mentored, or coached PMs before.
