JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, the Senior Controls Engineering Manager is responsible for leading the Electrical and Controls Engineers through the successful design and execution of customer projects. This position serves as the technical leader in control systems design and programming, ensuring that all projects meet customer and engineering requirements, technical specifications and codes, scheduling milestones and budgeted costs.

As a highly skilled technical leader, the Senior Controls Engineering Manager is also accountable for training, developing, and coaching engineers to build the technical capabilities and future leadership of the department.
