Process Control Engineer

• Design, develop, and implement advanced process control (APC) strategies, including model predictive control (MPC) and fuzzy logic systems.
• Configure and commission Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) for new and existing processes.
• Develop and maintain control narratives, P&IDs, and instrumentation specifications.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing control loops to improve process performance, stability, and product quality.
• Collaborate with process engineers and operators to identify opportunities for automation and control improvements.
• Stay current with advancements in control system technology and recommend adoption of new tools and techniques.

• Master's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in control systems.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process control engineering, specifically within the chemical or related industries.
• Proficiency with major DCS platforms (e.g., Honeywell Experion, Emerson DeltaV) and PLC programming.
• Strong understanding of control theory, instrumentation, and industrial automation technologies.
• Experience with advanced control software and simulation tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
