1-year contract assignment. (W-2)
Key Responsibilities:
Project Development Support
- Support E&C participation in Technology Review, Preliminary Engineering phases, and contracting for active hub gas development projects
- Coordinate E&C SME inputs for site configuration reviews, constructability assessments, and balance‑of‑plant evaluations including gas and electrical interconnection and switchyard scopes
- Maintain project schedules, cost benchmarks, and cashflow models to support project sanction decisions
- Own and maintain the E&C risk register for hub projects, tracking scope, schedule, cost, and constructability risks across active work streams

- Manage monthly and quarterly progress reporting to the Owner, including schedule status, cost performance, risk exposure, and milestone tracking — ensuring reporting is accurate, and decision-ready
Procurement & Integrated Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain on RFQ inputs, technical scope review, and bid evaluation for major equipment and EPC/EPCM scopes
- Track long‑lead equipment status (combustion turbines, HRSGs, transformers, switch gear) and flag supply chain constraints in a capacity‑constrained OEM market
Qualifications:
- Required:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field - 5–10 years of experience in energy project development or large capital construction
- Demonstrated experience in project controls and schedule development for gas generation or major capital projects
- Experience managing Owner‑level reporting obligations, including monthly and quarterly progress reports with schedule, cost, and risk content
- Familiarity with EPC/EPCM project delivery models and contractor bid evaluation
Helpful
Experience:
- Experience with combined cycle or simple cycle gas development projects
- Familiarity with interconnection processes and associated E&C scope possible effects
- Experience coordinating long‑lead equipment procurement in constrained OEM markets
