We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that full-time employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office, or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments.
This in-office expectation does not apply to contractor positions.

- Automate lab equipment and test routines using Python or similar scripting languages
- Analyze and document results in clear, concise reports for internal teams and external customers
- Collaborate with electrical design, system integration, and software teams to support board bring-up and root cause analysis
- Interpret and follow OEM test protocols (e.g., LV124, ISO 16750, CISPR, etc.)
- Maintain lab setups and improve test efficiency with reusable infrastructure
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent degree
- 2-6 years of hands-on experience in board-level testing and validation
- Comfortable working in a lab setting with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power meters, etc.)
- Familiar with thermal, structural, and electrical stress testing
- Experience with test automation (Python, Lab View, or similar)
- Familiarity with vehicle or consumer electronics validation flows
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Prior exposure to automotive/agriculture/construction/defense OEM or Tier 1 supplier test protocols
- Comfortable reading schematics and debugging at component level
