Senior Remote Mechanical Engineer

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their fully remote team. This position allows you to leverage your expertise in mechanical design and analysis from the comfort of your own location, contributing to innovative projects without the need for on-site presence. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of mechanical components and systems, from conceptualization and detailed design to testing and validation.

• Design, develop, and analyze complex mechanical systems and components using advanced CAD and simulation software.
• Perform rigorous stress analysis , thermal analysis, and other engineering calculations to ensure design integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers, via virtual communication tools.
• Generate detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Participate in virtual design reviews and contribute to technical problem-solving sessions.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing phases, providing remote guidance and analysis of results.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in mechanical design and engineering.
• Proficiency with industry-standard CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Inventor) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
