Our client is looking for a skilled and self-motivated Remote Mechanical Design Specialist to contribute to their innovative product development efforts. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with a distributed team of engineers and designers. You will be responsible for creating detailed mechanical designs, conducting analyses, and developing prototypes for cutting-edge products.

- Design, develop, and refine mechanical components and assemblies using advanced CAD software .
- Perform comprehensive engineering analyses, including stress, thermal, and vibration analysis, using simulation tools.
- Create detailed manufacturing drawings, specifications, and tolerance analyses.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers, via video conferencing and digital collaboration platforms.
- Support prototyping, testing, and validation processes, providing remote guidance to technicians.
- Document design iterations, test results, and final design packages meticulously.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
- Expertise in parametric 3D CAD software (e.g., Creo , Inventor, Fusion 360).
- Proficiency with FEA and CFD tools .
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and DFM/DFA principles.
- Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
