Key Responsibilities- Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
- Design and develop new processes or modify existing ones, utilizing process simulation and modeling tools.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to troubleshoot process-related issues.
- Monitor process performance using data analysis and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Stay abreast of new technologies and industry best practices in process engineering and manufacturing.
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in process modeling software and statistical analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective remote collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing process improvements and driving change.
