• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design and systems engineering.
• Expertise in 3D CAD modeling , FEA, and CFD analysis is mandatory.
• Proven ability to manage complex design projects from concept to completion in a remote environment.
