Senior Mechanical Design Engineer - Remote

• Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of complex mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD tools .
• Perform detailed engineering analysis , including stress, thermal, and vibration simulations, to ensure design integrity and performance.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional remote teams (hardware, software, manufacturing) to achieve project milestones.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and standards.
• Stay current with new technologies and methodologies in mechanical design and simulation.

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in mechanical design , with a strong portfolio of complex projects.
• Expert proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Inventor, CATIA) and FEA simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, COMSOL).
• Deep understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and design for manufacturability (DFM).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of delivering high-quality designs independently.
