Senior Industrial Process Engineer

• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement innovative process solutions to increase throughput, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
• Utilize data analysis tools and statistical methods to monitor process performance and identify trends.
• Design and conduct experiments (e.g., Design of Experiments) to test and validate new process parameters.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for new and improved processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality assurance, and product development, to ensure seamless implementation of process changes.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and technical staff in process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on process performance, findings, and recommendations for senior management.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in industrial engineering technologies and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on process optimization and manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation software (e.g., Arena, Flex Sim) and data analysis tools (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, production planning, and supply chain logistics.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work effectively in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience with CAD software is advantageous.
