Lead Mechanical Systems Engineer - Automation

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
  PhD is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or lead engineering role.
• Extensive experience in designing and integrating complex automated systems and machinery.
• Expert proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Creo) and simulation tools (FEA, CFD, Multibody Dynamics).
• Deep understanding of control systems, mechatronics, and robotics principles.
• Proven experience managing engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead remote teams.
