We are looking for:

A Qualification Engineer (gn) to join our team at our Heanor site.

Key Responsibilities

• Management ofshort to medium term technical projects (typically 6-18 months) involving composite and adhesive materials for the aerospace industry

• Responsible for coordination of testing analysis ofdataand compilation of technical reports.

• Responsible for providing technicalexpertiseand support both internally and to major aerospace customers.

• Demonstrate highproficiencycommunication skills within the team to stakeholders and end customers

You will bring:

• Bachelors degree (BSc) in Chemistry Polymer Science Materials Science Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering (or a related field)

• Experience in the composites or specialty polymers industry is a strong advantage

• Working knowledge of base resins and reinforcement fibers

• Familiarity with quality management systems(9100); exposure toSPC/statistical methods and
  
  Six Sigmais a plus

• Experience with raw material processing batch processing and/orweb handling is a plus

You will get:

• The UK annual base salary rangereasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 45.200
  
  GBPto 56.500 GPB. Actual compensation will bedeterminedbased on factors such as skills experiencequalificationand internal equity and canultimately bemore or less than the posted salary rang

• 16 or more weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave according to local regulations.
