- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, with a master’s degree or PhD preferred, or equivalent longstanding professional experience in gas turbine development; business-fluent English is required, and German-language capability is beneficial.
- 5+ years of broad experience in gas turbine design, service engineering, commissioning, fleet support, or validation, with technical depth in one or more areas such as combustion, controls, emissions, mechanical integrity, heat transfer, engine integration, hydrogen, or gas turbine operation.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate technical data from testing, fleet operation, and engineering assessments and translate the results into timely, evidence-based decisions.
- Experience leading technical programs, engineering development activities, fleet issue resolution, or product improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership of diverse global teams, including the ability to align stakeholders, constructively challenge assumptions, resolve conflicting viewpoints, and deliver results within schedule and budget constraints.
