Dover is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer specializing in Welding & Fabrication. The role focuses on optimizing welding/fabrication processes, equipment qualification, and rollout of new capex for mass production.
You will lead cross‑functional work with Ops, supplier teams, and internal engineering to maximize productivity. Ideal candidate has 5+ years in welding/fabrication manufacturing, strong CAD (Solid Works) and metrology skills, and willingness to travel up to 75%.
