Mechanical Engineer - Advanced Manufacturing

• Design, develop, and implement mechanical systems and equipment for advanced manufacturing processes.
• Create detailed CAD models and technical drawings for tooling, fixtures, and machinery components.

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues on the production floor, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams on the development of new products and manufacturing techniques.
• Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and equipment.
• Ensure all designs and modifications comply with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, including process manuals, maintenance procedures, and performance reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with a strong focus on manufacturing or process engineering.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Solid Works).
• Understanding of various manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, injection molding, or assembly automation.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
