Senior Industrial Engineer - Production Systems Design

• Design, develop, and optimize production systems, including factory layouts, material flow, and equipment integration.
• Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement using data-driven approaches.
• Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Create detailed process flow diagrams, simulation models, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure effective system implementation.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, automation solutions, and equipment to improve production capabilities.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for production systems, monitoring performance and identifying trends.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Manage specific projects related to production system upgrades and new line installations.
• Ensure all designs and implementations comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a strong focus on production systems design, process optimization, and manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing efficient production layouts and workflows.
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency in CAD software, simulation tools (e.g., Arena, Any Logic), and data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.`
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Experience in project management is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with agricultural technology manufacturing processes is a plus.
