Industrial Engineer - Systems & Automation

• Design, implement, and maintain automated systems and control processes.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
• Evaluate and select appropriate automation technologies, including robotics, PLCs, and SCADA systems.
• Develop and execute test plans for automated systems to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to integrate automated solutions into existing production lines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated systems and equipment.
• Develop and update technical documentation, including system designs, operating manuals, and maintenance procedures.
• Train operators and maintenance staff on the operation and care of automated systems.
• Stay current with advancements in automation technology and industry best practices.
• Contribute to projects focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency through technology adoption.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial engineering, with a specialization in automation, systems integration, or manufacturing process improvement.
• Proven experience in designing, implementing, or maintaining automated systems.
• Familiarity with control systems, PLCs, robotics, and industrial networking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in diagnosing system issues.
• Proficiency in data analysis and process simulation tools.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a plant environment and on the factory floor.
• Knowledge of safety standards for automated systems.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is a plus.
