• Develop and maintain high-level network architecture designs for large-scale telecommunications systems, including WAN, LAN, and wireless networks.
• Define network standards, policies, and procedures to ensure security, scalability, and performance.
• Evaluate and select new network technologies and solutions to meet evolving business needs.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and product management teams to ensure successful implementation of network designs.
• Provide expert technical consultation and guidance on network-related projects.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and capacity plans.
• Analyze network performance data and identify areas for optimization and improvement.
• Lead technical discussions and present architectural proposals to stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies in the telecommunications space.
• Mentor junior architects and engineers on best practices in network design.

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in network engineering and architecture, with a significant focus on telecommunications.
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security principles.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex, high-availability network infrastructures.
• Familiarity with cloud networking concepts (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SDN/NFV.
• Experience with network performance analysis and optimization tools.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, JNCIE, or equivalent are a strong asset.
