CTS is seeking a Field Services Engineer to deliver on-site installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstation, server, and cloud applications for our clients. You will work within a designated POD and handle scheduled dispatches with a focus on impeccable service and customer satisfaction.
This full-time role requires 2–3 client-site visits weekly across Massachusetts, with some work-from-home days when not dispatched. Competitive benefits and a $60k–$80k salary range are offered.
