• Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based automation control systems.
• Develop and maintain Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to industrial control systems, PLCs, sensors, and actuators remotely.
• Provide remote technical support to on-site technicians and clients during installation, commissioning, and operation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation solutions into existing plant infrastructure.
• Perform system diagnostics, performance analysis, and recommend optimizations for efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure all implemented systems comply with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
• Develop technical documentation, including system diagrams, programming code, and user manuals.
• Stay current with advancements in automation technology, control systems, and industrial networking protocols.
• Conduct remote training sessions for clients and internal teams on control system operation and maintenance.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing, programming, and troubleshooting industrial automation control systems.
• Proficiency in programming languages for major PLC platforms (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider Electric).
• Experience with HMI/SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition, WinCC).
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP).
• Excellent remote troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using remote access tools and virtual collaboration platforms.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively guide remote teams.
