• Conduct system-level testing, integration testing, and performance testing of complex aviation hardware and software.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and collaborate with engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Document test findings, create comprehensive test reports, and provide clear defect tracking.
• Ensure all testing activities comply with aviation industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., DO-160, DO-254).
• Maintain and calibrate test equipment and environments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior test engineers within the remote team.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure system readiness for flight and deployment.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in systems testing, with a significant focus on aviation or aerospace applications.
• Proven experience in developing and executing test plans for complex electronic and software systems.
• Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, LabVIEW, Test Stand).
• Strong understanding of avionics systems, communication protocols (e.g., ARINC 429), and signal processing.
• Experience with data acquisition systems and instrumentation.
• Familiarity with aviation industry testing standards and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
