• Develop and maintain detailed reservoir simulation models to predict future performance and evaluate development scenarios.
• Analyze production data, well logs, and core samples to accurately characterize reservoirs and estimate reserves.
• Optimize well placement, injection strategies, and production profiles to enhance recovery factors.
• Conduct economic evaluations of various development plans, providing clear recommendations to management.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, presentations, and proposals for internal stakeholders and partners.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in reservoir engineering and simulation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including geologists, geophysicists, and drilling engineers, to integrate subsurface data.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the team's technical development.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in reservoir engineering within the oil and gas industry.
• Proficiency in reservoir simulation software (e.g., Eclipse, Petrel RE, CMG).
• Strong understanding of petrophysics, geology, and production engineering principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated experience in reserve estimation and economic evaluation.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently in a remote setting.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
