Senior Process Engineer; Remote

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
• Develop and implement process improvements and technological innovations using Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Design, develop, and test new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control plans.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and production teams to ensure seamless technology transfer and scale-up.
• Monitor process performance through data analysis and implement necessary adjustments.
• Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on process methodologies and best practices.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety regulations and environmental standards.
• Contribute to capital expenditure proposals and project management for process improvements.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), and statistical process control (SPC).
• Proficiency in process simulation and modeling software (e.g., Aspen Plus, MATLAB).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills, essential for remote teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with automated manufacturing systems and SCADA is advantageous.
• Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) is desirable.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
