• Lead the design, analysis, and simulation of power systems, including generation, transmission, and distribution networks.
• Develop and implement strategies for grid stability, reliability, and efficiency improvements.
• Perform advanced power system studies such as load flow, short-circuit, dynamic stability, and protection coordination.
• Evaluate and integrate renewable energy sources (solar, wind) and energy storage systems into the grid.
• Develop technical specifications for power system equipment and control systems.
• Mentor and guide a team of power systems engineers in a remote setting.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders across various locations and time zones.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in power system technologies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex power system operational issues.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, documentation, and presentations.

• Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in power systems engineering, with a significant portion in lead or senior roles.
• Expertise in power system analysis software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT Power Factory, ETAP).
• Deep understanding of power system fundamentals, including dynamics, stability, protection, and control.
• Proven experience with renewable energy integration and distributed energy resource management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities, particularly in a remote context.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with grid codes and international power system standards.
