Energy Efficiency Consultant

Our client is seeking a strategic and analytical Energy Efficiency Consultant to join their innovative team in Paarl . This role is pivotal in helping businesses and organizations reduce their energy consumption and environmental impact through expert analysis and tailored recommendations within the broader energy sector . You will conduct energy audits, develop energy management strategies, and advise clients on implementing cost-effective energy-saving measures.

• Conduct comprehensive energy audits for commercial, industrial, and institutional clients to identify areas of inefficiency.
• Analyze energy consumption data and develop detailed reports with actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Design and propose energy efficiency projects, including scope, budget, and expected ROI calculations.
• Advise clients on the selection and implementation of energy-efficient technologies and practices.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in energy efficiency and sustainability.
• Collaborate with clients to develop and implement energy management plans and monitor their progress.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental), or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy management , energy efficiency consulting, or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex energy data.
• Knowledge of building systems, industrial processes, and energy-saving technologies.
• Experience with energy modeling software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
