SOLV Energy, Inc. is seeking a Design Engineer II, Substation for a fully remote role focused on preliminary substation design for solar and BESS projects. Lead technical design ownership from kickoff through 10% design and coordinate with engineering consultants, procurement, and schedulers.
Requirements include a BS in electrical engineering, 3+ years in substation engineering, proficiency with AutoCAD/ETAP, and knowledge of IEEE/NEC/NESC standards. Travel up to 10% may be required.
