Assisting with flood risk assessments and drainage assessments Supporting the preparation of sustainable drainage (SuDS) strategies Assisting with the design and assessment of drainage infrastructure Preparing technical reports, calculations and supporting documentation Working on SuDS management and maintenance plans Liaising with clients, local authorities, water companies and other project stakeholders Working collaboratively with colleagues across water management, infrastructure design and transport planning Requirements for the Graduate Civil Engineer role: A degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline Some familiarity with drainage design software such as Micro Drainage or Info Drainage Basic knowledge of hydrological or hydraulic modelling software, such as Flood Modeller or TUFLOW Relevant placement, internship or university project experience within civil engineering, drainage, flood risk or water management A full UK driving license The full right to work in the UK Live within a commutable distance to the Nottingham office If you are interested in this or other Flood Risk/Drainage/Hydrology roles, please do not hesitate to contact Scarlett Maclean on .
