Are you a skilled NDT Technician looking for a challenging and rewarding role?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced NDT + Composite Wrapping Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NDT techniques, including but not limited to:
NDT Methods: UT/PAUT/ToFD/TFM PCN level II or equivalent
Composite Wrapping:
Preparation of surfaces, application of resin and fiber, curing processes and developing
In this role Will be responsible for setting up and calibrating testing equipment, conducting material tests, interpreting results, and generating reports.
- Perform NDT inspections on various components and structures
- extensive experience with NDT technologies
- Interpret NDT results and generate accurate reports

- Traveling to clients' locations.
- Setting up and calibrating NDT equipment.
- Conducting rigorous tests on structures and materials using non-destructive techniques.
- Developing and instituting bespoke NDT procedures for specified products and materials during and after manufacturing.
- Identifying material defects.
- Interpreting test results.
- Completing test reports, and presenting findings.
- Maintaining NDT equipment.
- Prepare surfaces for composite wrapping
- Apply resin and fiber materials to components
- Monitor curing processes and ensure quality standards
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
NDT Technician Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, structural engineering, or a similar field.
- Relevant NDT certification:
ToFD or and PAUT. - 2+ years' experience as an NDT technician.
- Advanced knowledge of NDT technologies, including ultrasound, and radio graphic.
- Ability to read and interpret the engineering drawings.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent report-writing skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Certification in relevant NDT methods (ASNT, PCN, or equivalent)
- Knowledge of composite materials and wrapping techniques
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
