Site Manager, Quality Engineering
Lead safe, efficient commissioning for BBA engineering projects, using leadership, process systems knowledge, and onsite coordination skills. Regular position with remote work.
As Commissioning Manager, you will contribute from business relationship development through onsite equipment commissioning. You will prepare commissioning plans, direct startup activities, and manage BBA, client, and subcontractor personnel. The position requires engineering expertise, strong communication, and strategic troubleshooting. You will also support operational readiness and plant operations while coordinating with project, engineering, construction, quality, safety, and owner representatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine workforce requirements for facility objectives
- Develop commissioning plans and startup schedules
- Direct pre-commissioning, commissioning, and startup activities
- Coordinate project, engineering, construction, quality, and safety representatives
- Assist troubleshooting and operational readiness documentation
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering and OIQ membership
- Knowledge of process systems
- Strong commissioning or construction background
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and client service skills
- Willingness to work in remote locations
