- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in avionics systems engineering.
- Proven experience with avionics system design, integration, and testing methodologies.
- In‑depth knowledge of communication protocols (e.g., ARINC 429, ARINC 664), navigation systems (GPS, INS), and flight control laws.
- Familiarity with embedded software development processes and tools.
- Experience with systems engineering tools and techniques (e.g., DOORS, SysML).
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for remote collaboration.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a distributed team environment.
- Experience in regulatory compliance for aviation (e.g., FAA, EASA) is highly desirable.
This role comes with a highly competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance. Our client offers a robust retirement savings plan and generous paid time off. As a remote position, you benefit from the ultimate flexibility in your work location. You will have access to state‑of‑the‑art virtual collaboration tools and opportunities for continuous professional development, including advanced technical training and conference attendance.
