Octagon Group in Bicester is seeking a Process Engineering Team Leader to coordinate a technical engineering team and provide hands-on support across production, manufacturing and test operations. The role is hybrid with office, shop floor and home working.
You will lead workloads, mentor engineers, resolve complex production issues, and drive improvements in processes, test equipment and NPI readiness to support new product introductions.
