GoGrow is building its first engineering team in Latin America and seeks a founding Engineering Lead to ship production features from day one, then hire and scale a 3–5 engineer team to 15–25 within a year. You’ll own product areas end-to-end, such as payer portal automation or Voice AI, and work closely with US Product and Engineering.
You’ll start hands-on, writing code in a HIPAA-regulated healthtech environment, while shaping team culture, architecture, and delivery processes for long-term
