Zelestra seeks a Development Environmental Manager to lead environmental permitting for utility-scale solar, storage, and wind projects in the U.S. You will work across M&A, EPC, Engineering, Construction, Development, Finance, and O&M teams on studies, regulations, permitting, and authorizations.
The role requires a biology/environmental science background with 5+ years in energy projects, strong knowledge of NEPA and ESA, and ability to manage consultants and budgets.
