• Develop system specifications, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform system modeling, simulation, and performance analysis to optimize design and predict energy output.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Oversee the testing, commissioning, and integration of energy storage systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to system performance and operation.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and grid codes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in energy storage technologies, including battery chemistries and power electronics.
• Support business development efforts by providing technical expertise and contributing to proposals.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for potential energy storage projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in energy storage systems, particularly battery energy storage (BESS).
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, battery management systems (BMS), and SCADA systems.
• Experience with energy modeling and simulation software (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PVSyst with storage modules).
• Understanding of grid integration requirements and power system stability.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a Hybrid environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
