• Conduct hydrological and hydraulic analyses for various water infrastructure projects.
• Design water supply networks, wastewater systems, and stormwater management solutions.
• Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and reports using industry-standard software.
• Perform feasibility studies and conceptual designs for water-related infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant national and local regulations, standards, and environmental guidelines.
• Collaborate effectively with remote project teams, clients, and other disciplines using digital communication platforms.
• Review and approve designs and documentation prepared by junior engineers.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior remote engineers.
• Manage project tasks and timelines to ensure efficient delivery.
• Stay current with advancements in water resource engineering and technology.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Water Resources or Environmental Engineering.
• A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng) or eligibility.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in water resources engineering, design, and analysis.
• Proficiency in hydraulic and hydrological modeling software (e.g., EPANET, HEC-RAS, SWMM, WaterGEMS).
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) is essential.
• Strong understanding of water and wastewater system design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for seamless remote collaboration.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
• Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
