• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize aircraft availability.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, including parts used, labor hours, and test results.
• Collaborate with flight operations and engineering departments to resolve technical issues and implement service bulletins and modifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior maintenance personnel.
• Stay updated on the latest aviation regulations, technologies, and best practices in aircraft maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation authorities' regulations and standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in aircraft maintenance and engineering.
• Possession of a valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification.
• In-depth knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, and engines for a variety of aircraft types.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, test equipment, and maintenance databases.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations (e.g., SA-CATS, EASA, FAA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and team collaboration.
