• Manage automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and schedule.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of automation engineers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex automation system issues remotely.

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in industrial automation engineering, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000), SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition), and robotics.
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics, industrial networks, and system integration.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams in a remote environment.
