Junior Industrial Engineer - Automation Focus

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Industrial Engineer to join their innovative team on a fully remote basis. You will be instrumental in supporting senior engineers in the design, development, and implementation of automated systems and efficient workflows, all while working from the convenience of your home office.

• Assist senior engineers in the design and layout of production facilities and equipment.

• Prepare technical documentation, including reports, process charts, and presentations.
• Participate in virtual team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Basic understanding of industrial engineering concepts, manufacturing processes, and operations management.
• Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Strong desire to learn about automation and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective virtual collaboration.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.

This remote internship offers a monthly stipend of 20000 ZAR, providing valuable experience and professional development.
